Pet Owners: Have Your Say on the Future of Pet Licensing

Mississauga Animal Services is looking for valuable input from dog and cat owners to help shape the future of pet licensing in the City. If you have one or more pets, we hope you will take a few minutes of your time to complete the pet licensing survey.

Licensed pets are reunited with their families faster using a 24 hour database. Pet licence fees go directly towards helping the more than 3,000 pets that are lost, homeless or abandoned each year.  Currently pet licence fees support:

• Care and feeding of homeless pets
• Returning lost pets to their homes
• Veterinary services to animals in our care
• Adopting homeless pets to new families
• Rescuing sick, injured domestic animals and wildlife
• 24/7 emergency services
• Investigating animal care issues
• Keeping neighbourhoods safe for people and pets
• Providing community education programs

Please click HERE complete the survey.  The survey will be available until March 31, 2015.  For more information about Mississauga Animal Services, please visit www.mypetmississauga.ca.
